HOMEPOINT SECURITY – PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Payment Terms

1.1 A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure Installation.

1.2 The deposit is non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.

1.3 The remaining balance, including Pennsylvania sales tax, is due at or after Installation.

1.4 Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card.

1.5 Failed or reversed payments may result in cancellation.

2. Cancellations

2.1 Customers may cancel at any time.

2.2 The $100 deposit remains non-refundable under all circumstances.

2.3 Company may reschedule due to weather or safety concerns.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refunds are not provided.

3.2 Free replacements are only provided under the Terms of Service or an active Warranty Plan

3.3 Warranty Plan fees are non-refundable once payment is processed. Coverage begins on the date of payment and lasts for one (1) year.
