Yes. A reliable Wi-Fi connection is required for setup and normal connected features. Please have your Wi-Fi network information available during installation.

You'll need access to your Wi-Fi network, Wi-Fi password, smartphone, and email. An adult must also be available during the installation.

A typical two-camera installation takes approximately one hour. Larger or more complicated installations may take longer.

Yes. We can install cameras on many common exterior surfaces, including brick, vinyl siding, wood, and other suitable materials. Final placement depends on the property and installation conditions.

Absolutely. Your installer will discuss placement with you before installation and can recommend locations for effective coverage. Final placement is subject to accessibility, safety, Wi-Fi connectivity, and mounting conditions.

Our standard two-camera system is $699.99, and our four-camera system is $1,199.99, before applicable taxes. A deposit is required when booking.

Your deposit is paid when booking. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of your installation.

Yes. HomePoint provides customized camera installations for small businesses. Commercial projects are individually quoted based on the property, number of cameras, and installation requirements.

Installation appointments are available Wednesday through Sunday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM. We are closed for installations Monday and Tuesday.
